Nkanyezi Stimulation Centre
Ipsos Markinor has adopted the Nkanyezi Stimulation Centre for children with multiple disabilities in Orlando West, Soweto.
We have committed not only financial support to this school, run by an amazing group of unpaid volunteers, but also time (ours and our families’!) and creativity.
Our activities thus far have included the creation of a food garden; clearing and mowing a soccer field; decoration of the multi-sensory room; raising of funds for equipment such as paper, paint, disposable nappies, a mower and providing a roof for the bathroom; as well as sports days between the families of these two organisations.
